TERMS OF SERVICE

All affiliate advertising must adhere to the highest standards of integrity. Content should be transparent, truthful, and compliant with federal and state consumer protection laws.

• All affiliates, irrespective of their domicile, are required to comply with relevant laws, including but not limited to the FTC Act, CAN-SPAM Act, and FTC guidelines on endorsements.
• Affiliates are encouraged to try BrewNomad themselves or with friends and offer genuine reviews based on personal experiences.
• Negative terminology such as “scam” or “fraud” is strictly prohibited in any advertising materials.
  

Affiliates may freely use our images and videos when promoting our product. However, using these materials for any other products without proper ownership rights is strictly prohibited.

• You are welcome to use the entire videos we provide when you promote our product, or just pieces of them, without any references to the existing videos. Feel free to cut, edit, extend, or narrow down the materials as needed.
  
• Promotion of BrewNomad on retail sites, auction sites, or app stores is not permitted.
  
• Affiliates are responsible for legal compliance of their advertising and indemnify BrewNomad against any violations.
